As we grow, we are looking for an experienced, skilled and driven person to join our team as a Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert with Technical-Sales Skills.

Requirements

  • Project management experience in the life sciences industry
  • Bachelor’s degree, minimum
  • Residence in the USA
  • Knowledge of document management systems and user experience in PM-Methodology
  • Strong IT and technology skills experience working with MS Project or equivalent
  • Highly skilled in regulatory topics within the life sciences arena and ability to keep current with new regulations and requirements
  • Ability to work in a flexible atmosphere in genuine cooperation with customers, sales staff and developers
  • Ability to produce valid analysis results and solve customer problems, primarily at home using computers, remote connections to other computing resources, and other hardware
  • Ability to work autonomously with high self-motivation and responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a concise manner
  • Ability to work independently but at the same time be a great team player and collaborate within a small, close-knit team
  • Willingness to “wear multiple hats”

Desirable but not required

  • Experience in computer system validation in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. GAMP5)
  • Experience in quality management
  • Experience with clinical management systems
  • Experience with regulatory management systems
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or life science companies

Task and Duties

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and delivering customer projects
  • Understand customer business requirements and configure cloud systems to meet their specific needs
  • Maintain excellent customer service approach when communicating with the customer (telephone, e-mails, remote sessions), customer relationship management
  • Documentation creation and maintenance (installation logs, test logs, configuration plans, etc.)
  • Support computer system validation for life sciences companies
  • Implement customer training courses both onsite and remote
  • Collaborate closely with a development team and/or other departments when required to assure customer success
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of our products and their quality
  • Present arivis software solutions to customers online, in-person and at industry events
  • Domestic (and even) international travel will be required
  • Other duties as assigned
