arivis Vision4D Release 3.0

With the biggest Release of arivis Vision4D so far, we bring several new tools enabling users to perform image analysis more efficiently. We have been constantly listening to our customer and implemented their specific requirements in several new features to equip you with a strong tool for your daily work.
A clean and state-of-the-art user interface shines with straightforward user guidance and makes work simple and fast. Based on the arivis Image Core Technology our new arivis Vision4D 3.0 is the ideal software to work with large datasets and get reliable measuring results by means of the unique arivis Analysis Pipeline.

Image Analysis

  • Flexible automatic or manual object grouping with single and group statistics and interactive visualization of groups or single objects in the 4D Viewer. » View Tutorial
    This allows the analysis to fit the experimental task. The user can freely specify relationships between different components to obtain more meaningful results. Objects as well as tracks can be grouped according to feature ranges or custom selection. » View Tutorial
  • User-specified custom measurements now allowing algebraic combination of features and counts of objects and groups, eg. for ratio or FRET measurements in 3D.
  • Easy graphical definition of custom Color Setting for object features. By selection of an area directly on a feature xy plot, a specific feature ranges can be visualized in the 4D Viewer similar to gating. It is also possible to use any custom calculated measurements for selection and visualization.
  • Dilate, erode, close and open objects after segmentation
  • Setting of custom surface transparency of segment surfaces
  • Improved Fly Through mode to dive into the 3D data and fly in any direction with optimized speed adjustment.
