Your Job

Transform new ideas and market trends into a user friendly and powerful software as a Product manager.

You are responsible for the roadmap for a specific software product or module. You will closely cooperate with development and UX to create new functionality from conception via prototype development and release up to product maintenance. A strong customer focus and team spirit is key in this position. Our team of experienced specialists cover a very broad spectrum of knowledge and are happy to add valuable inputs for your work. You like to work with people in interdisciplinary teams and to try new things and enjoy learning new technologies. A good balance between ideal solutions and a healthy pragmatism are essential. Your Tasks

Alignment with management and product manager team to meet the company strategy
Responsibility (ownership) for a specific product:
- Roadmap planning
- Collection and prioritization of requirements from customers and sales
- Creation of typical user workflows aligned with development team
- Discussion of requirement details with development and UX teams
- Regular review of prototypes and solutions with development team
- Positioning and Pricing for software modules and packages
- Preparation of release and marketing content as well as sales material
Continuous competition review
Update and training of sales team on the latest developments
Close cooperation with applications team for use cases and marketing execution plans

Our Requirements

Master in the field of Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biophysics
Experience in microscopy, especially in fluorescence microscopy and/or Electron microscopy
Good Knowledge in Image Analysis
At least basic knowledge using image analysis software for microscopy images
Sense of product ownership and strong commitment to achieve good results aligned with company goals
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with a strong team spirit
Ability to motivate your colleagues, sales teams and customers
