First of all, a draft is created based on templates stipulated by the company. After completion of the draft phase, this is converted into PDF format for review. Based on the PDF document, the review and approval process is managed, and authors, reviewers and approvers can be signed electronically. Documents can be released electronically or on paper, and printouts can be monitored.
Print authorisations can depend on the type and status of the document and the authorisation level of the user.
BM-Flow provides all the necessary information to manage the process and, if required, notifies the people involved by e-mail.
For appropriate documents training can be planned and electronically documented, e.g. to give an overview of the users given training on each SOP.
The entire solution is available as a product and experience has shown that the costs of adapting to customer-specific requirements, e.g. document numbers, is low.
