From March 26 to March 29, 2010, the 105th annual conference of the Anatomische Gesellschaft is taking place at the University Medical Center of Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).
The president of the Anatomische Gesellschaft and Head of the Institute of Anatomy I, Cellular Neurobiology, Prof. Dr. med. Gabriele M. Rune, is expecting about 350 scientists at the four-day event. They will focus on lectures, workshops, and sessions about the topics "Structural plasticity in the nervous system" and "Cell surface interactions".
Among the well-known scientists that could be won as speakers are, for example, Stefan Hell (Göttingen), Bernd Knöll (Tübingen), and Alexander Drakew (Freiburg), who participate in the workshop „New techniques in microscopy“.
As an exhibitor, arivis will have the opportunity to present the arivis Browser for the handling of complex 4D time series recordings in Live Cell Imaging, alongside the arivis WebView as a web based application and solution in virtual microscopy for the examination of histological slides.
