Summary

The arivis Browser is a modular and extensible software supporting complex workflows uing multi-channel 2D, 3D and 4D (3D over time) image data from microscopy with image sizes up to (tested) 750 Gigabyte from different sources.
Our software allows an efficient management, segmentation, visualization and analysis of very large image data with up to 6 dimensions (x, y, z, t, spectral channels, scopes) in highest quality and without loss of time on a very user-friendly interface.
Based on our 2D + time or 3D + time - basic version, the modules of the arivis Browser are arranged in various packages for application-specific work (including FRET, Ratio, Colocalization, Analysis and Tracking).

The arivis Browser ensures a visualization of data and its examination in real time and without loosing the expressivity of data. That makes it reliable software for researchers in life science and cell biology as well as in histology, pathology, anatomy and many more domains.

Being a highly efficient and adaptive image processing and analysis software, the arivis Browser professionally supports the user in various steps of his work, starting with acquiring image data from image acquisition devices up to the final presentation of experiment results.

Our data format was especially developed for the intelligent handling of image data up to 750 Gigabytes, single image resolution from 231 pixel x 231 pixel, and a representation up to six dimensions (x,y,z,t, spectral channels, scopes).

The wide range of highly efficient visualization techniques, a comprehensive color management system, channel based operations, high-quality 3D and 4D rendering and powerful analysis tools qualify the arivis Browser as the standard software for large size image processes that meets the particular requirements of biomedical research.

The modular architecture of our software provides the user with a very flexible functionality..
When performing challenging tasks, the arivis Browser can be adjusted or extended to the application (or extended) by relevant plug-ins, workflows or scripts.
In a quick and efficient way it is thus possible to support, for instance, new import or export formats, to select existing components, to evaluate particular algorithms for analysis or to adapt individual visualization techniques.

As we are a fair partner of scientists, we provide our extensive, thought-through, proved, and steadily advanced API freely for any user (plug-in SDK).
