The pipeline approach enables the novice user to quickly run a pre-existing or newly built analysis application, while the image analysis expert is still empowered if desired to create even complex analysis routines. The iterative approach of arivis Vision4D allows to apply image processing filters & segmentations to a small field of view, a 3D/4D subset or the complete document. The effect of all operators and analysis steps can be reviewed separately on the fly. Here, the real time preview is the tool-of-choice for setting up an analysis routine on even large data sets, in 2D, in 3D or in 3D over time. Whether the Analysis Pipeline is applied to a small subset in 2D or a large volume in 3D/4D, arivis Vision4D immediately reacts to modifications and creates fast results, and allows to handle and process images at any scale.

A Segment Tracker operator allows to track segmented objects at different timepoints within your image series using the Analysis Pipeline. After the process of detecting, filtering and generating segments the Segment Tracker operator will try to find the same object across multiple timepoints and connect segments representing that object to a track.

The Batch Analysis Module is used for unattended execution of a pre-configured arivis Analysis Pipeline on a series of images, on multiple documents, scopes, or regions. No programming skills are needed. The analysis workflow can be setup using the flexible Analysis Pipeline with easy access on operators and several filters and segmenter functions.
