EXPLORING NEW DIMENSIONS

arivis Browser Produkt

Summary

The arivis Browser is a modular and extensible software supporting complex workflows using multi-channel 2D, 3D and 4D (3D over time) image data from microscopy with image sizes up to 750 Gigabyte from different sources. Our software allows an efficient management, segmentation, visualization and analysis of large image data also over time with up to 6 dimensions (x, y, z, t, spectral channels, scopes) in highest quality and without loss of time on a very user-friendly interface. Based on our 2D + time or 3D + time - basic version, the modules of the arivis Browser are arranged in various packages for application-specific work (including FRET, Ratio, Colocalization, Analysis and Tracking).

Tools and functions for effective work with scientific image data

All the necessary features for image data processing and analysis are implemented in the arivis browser and support the researchers accurately and reliably from the beginning of his experiment to the analysis and interpretation of new knowledge from its image data. The arivis ImageCore technology allows to work on multidimensional (x,y,z,t) and multichannel image data up to a size of 650 Gigabyte separate from the main memory (RAM). All features support the extensive work with microscopic image data in 2D, 3D and 4D (time series). The modular architecture provides the basis for the prompt implementation of plugins. Within a very short time, thus, solutions for special applications are offered.

Application Packages

The arivis browser is a software system that consists of two basic modules (2D + Time and 3D + Time) and various application-specific plug-ins. This modular structure allows a quick assembling of the modules and plugins to packages for individual and specific applications.
