  • new: automate complex processes with the powerful, built-in Python scripting
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    • The 4D Viewer displays a three-dimensional volume of your image data over time. Internally for each time point a single volume is calculated allowing you to change the current frame (e.g. frame Navigation Tools, Navigator Plane) and directly explore the corresponding volume. You can even play an interactive movie in 3D by using the Movie Player palette and navigating inside the view at the same time.
    • With an Import Wizard image data can be imported via the main menu (file -> Import) or drag and drop on an open arivis browser window. The user will be guided through the import process and will be able to work with the data after the import process finishes.
    • The Analysis Wizard (Technology Preview) is our approach to facilitate an easy click-and-play solution for quantitative analysis of your data. You can freely combine different selection and filter methods that either work directly on your image data or on already analysed results. Your self-defined analysis is immediatly calculated and results are visualized.
    • The Well Plate Viewer shows an overview of the whole well plate used during the aquisition of data (if applicable). Wells that contain recorded data will show a corresponding thumbnail. Each well may independently contain a full multidimensional stack. Each of this stack is stored as a single scope of the SIS data file.
