In natural sciences and especially in life sciences, a broad width of different imaging techniques is applied. Often, there exist very specific demands on the capturing of the data, their structure and analysis.

Within the scope of this project promoted by the BMBF arivis is the partner who is responsible for the concept and implementing of an adaptable coupling of a new microscopy system and admission and analysis software.
In this context basic questions are as worked on to quick filing and compression algorithms as problems to the adaptive coupling by devices with software systems.
On the basis of these draughts arivis provides prototypes for certain application scenarios of the partners like automatic 3-D-Tracking or adaptive Test positioning.
