arivis Browser 4D LifeCell Imaging

By means of its analysis framework, the arivis Browser provides various possibilities for the quantitative analysis of 2D, 3D and 4D (3D over time) image data.
An Analysis Pipeline is our approach to facilitate an easy click-and-play solution for filtering and analysing image data. The Analysis Pipeline allows the user to combine freely and easily between different filter, segmentation and other analysis operators. Already during the gradual analysis, the immediate visualization and the analysis report allow an evaluation and correction of selected parameters. Optionally, the analysis can be carried out on the entire data volume, on selected planes/ frames or on separate image regions.
For the object tracking and analysis of the movements of cells over time in the analysis pipeline, the 4D-Tracking module is integrated.
